Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times begin after processing your order:

United States: 2–9 business days

Other Countries: 10–30 business days

Remote locations may take longer.

These are estimated ranges. Customs checks, local carriers, or weather events may cause occasional delays.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

If your tracking shows no updates for:

45+ days (USA)

60+ days (International)

Please contact us and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, high demand, natural events, or incorrect/incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
